You will be responsible for ensuring the production team is actively engaged to meet daily customer demand as well as adhering to the production schedule. You will be responsible for effectively providing training to the team and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained at all times. "What will I do in this Job?” · You will work with your supervisor and other team leads to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand as well as production schedules are met. · You will ensure that the build quality and product usage is correct to meet productivity and financial metrics. · You will be responsible for the safety, quality and line efficiency of each production run. · You will facilitate and coordinate employee training to ensure that procedures are followed and that all quality requirements are met. · You will use basic problem solving skills to ensure stable operation of the line. · You will maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate production functions.
