You'll collaborate closely with operations teams to understand their initiatives, determine where they impact the supply chain, and provide financial insights that help drive results. Much of your time is spent building analytical tools and AI-generated reports that help the business scale efficiently. You'll engage in strategic discussions, translating complex financial concepts into actionable recommendations for partners at various organizational levels. Throughout the day, you'll use data to influence decision-making across lines of business, ensuring that continuous improvement efforts deliver measurable value.About the teamThe AMZL Central Programs Finance team partners with the AMZL Central Programs organization, which manages critical functions including ACES, Driver Training, Learning and Development, Concessions, and Cross Mile Continuous Improvement. This role specifically supports the Cross Mile Continuous Improvement function, working to eliminate defects and drive operational excellence across Amazon's last mile delivery network.Our team thrives on collaboration and innovation, working at the intersection of finance and operations to deliver results that matter. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
