About the Role
As a Finance Manager at FinQuery, you'll be a strategic financial partner within our FP&A team, helping shape the accuracy, speed, and impact of how we report, forecast, and understand our business. You'll own recurring reporting cycles, build and refine the financial models that guide key decisions, and partner across the organization to turn data into insight that actually gets used. You'll also bring AI-enabled tools into the mix, helping the team work faster and more reliably as FinQuery continues to grow.
This is a highly cross-functional role. You'll work closely with leaders across Sales, Legal, Product, Revenue, and Finance leadership on everything from compensation plan design to pricing strategy to board-level reporting.
What You'll Do:
-
Lead the design and maintenance of financial models, templates, and dashboards that track spend, product costs, and key business initiatives
-
Analyze SaaS and business performance metrics and turn them into recommendations partners can actually act on

-
Lead deep-dive customer analysis, including bookings, retention, and churn, to inform strategic decisions

Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance leadership to design and evaluate sales compensation plans
-
Contribute financial models and metrics to our board and investor reporting
-
Track progress against strategic growth initiatives alongside functional leaders
-
Partner with our systems teams to keep financial data flowing accurately between our core finance and CRM systems
-
Evaluate pricing strategy and provide the financial analysis behind pricing decisions
-
Bring AI-enabled tools into recurring reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation work
-
Stay ahead of emerging AI and analytics approaches and recommend where they'd make the biggest impact
