Finance Manager Opportunity

Andy Mohr Buick GMC is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dealership team. This is a strong opportunity for an F&I professional who is motivated by performance and wants to maximize their earning potential while enjoying a consistent 5-day work schedule.

Finance Manager Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle financing and leasing process
• Present financing options, warranties, protection products, and other F&I products
• Work closely with the sales team to structure and close deals
• Ensure accurate and compliant completion of all finance and sales paperwork
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction while maximizing dealership profitability

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager experience
• Strong understanding of automotive finance and lending
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
