Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a healthcare institution, who are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Director to join their team based in Las Cruces area.
JOB DETAILS

- LOCATION: Las Cruces, New Mexico
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Oversees the department's operations and assets in order to accomplish organizational and departmental goals.
- An individual must successfully complete all necessary tasks for this position, whether or not they require a reasonable accommodation.
- Creates and carries out departmental plans, goals, and standards in accordance with the organization's clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements and objectives.
- Oversees and assesses departmental activities, such as the provision of patient care, information technology, service level assessment, and complaint handling, in order to meet performance and quality control goals.
- Organizes and oversees hiring, orientation, evaluation, disciplinary proceedings, and continuing education programs, among other staffing-related tasks.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- The capacity to create and analyze graphs as well as calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Regular use of word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, data input, email, etc. the capacity to develop, manage, and integrate basic functionalities to meet business goals in documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
- Explains complicated information and engages with management on a regular basis. able to present, handle, and resolve delicate circumstances. able to inspire and convince others.
- Issues are diverse and intricate, necessitating situational analysis or interpretation. Knowledge, abilities, general precedent, and habits are used to address problems.
- May influence operational and business choices that have an impact on the department.
- Establishes priorities and goals for the functional area. may offer suggestions for the policies, procedures, and initiatives of the department. makes choices and/or finds solutions for other people's issues.
