Finance Director, North America

Silgan Dispensing is looking for an experienced Finance Director – North America to lead financial performance across our $500M North American manufacturing region. What You’ll Do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for a multi-site manufacturing region.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, commercial, and executive leadership to drive business performance.
• Oversee monthly close, financial analysis, and working capital performance.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing regional finance team.
• Champion continuous improvement, financial controls, and process standardization.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Strong manufacturing and standard-cost accounting experience.
• Experience leading multi-site or regional finance organizations.
• Exceptional business partnering, communication, and leadership skills.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $175,000 plus bonus. Final compensation may be higher and will be commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall value they bring to the organization.
