Position Overview: The Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial integrity, accuracy, and stewardship of Green Lake Conference Center’s financial operations, while also providing financial management, oversight, and compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory standards for three separate tax entities: American Baptist Assembly (doing business as Green Lake Conference Center), Worldwide Gifts, and Lawsonia Inc.

This role serves as the direct leader of the Business and Finance Team, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and donation stewardship within Salesforce, ensuring strong operational execution, accountability, and excellent financial service across the organization.

The Controller leads timely and accurate financial reporting and provides financial insight to the Board and senior leadership to support informed strategic decision-making. The role safeguards organizational resources through effective systems, internal controls, policies, and compliance practices, and provides leadership in accounting operations, budgeting, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance.

This position supports GLCC’s mission through strong fiscal management, transparency, and collaboration across the organization, ensuring sound stewardship and long-term sustainability across all entities.
