Job Title: Admin, Accounting, and Finance OfficerLocation: Various Locations in CanadaJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Admin, Accounting, and Finance Officer to manage administrative, financial, and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Additionally, this role will involve administrative duties to support daily business operations.Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
Process invoices, payments, and expenses while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and balance sheets.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Handle tax filings, audits, and liaise with external auditors.
Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

Administrative Duties:

Perform general office management tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and payroll processing.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Assist in procurement and inventory management.
Organize and maintain documentation and filing systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting, finance, and administrative roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
