Finance & Accounting Manager

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Status: Full-Time

Location: Hybrid, remote and onsite at St. Louis Park office
Compensation: $75,000 - 85,000 annually

Position Summary

Fellowship Recovery is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee and strengthen the organization's financial operations as we continue to grow. This position will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing oversight of multiple funding sources, including Housing Support funding.

The Finance & Accounting Manager will partner closely with the CEO, Human Resources, Operations, Billing, and our external CPA to develop sound financial processes, improve reporting, and ensure the organization's financial health.

We're looking for more than someone who can generate financial reports — we're looking for someone who understands the story behind the numbers. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, asks "why," identifies trends and opportunities, and proactively develops solutions to help the organization make informed financial decisions. As a small, mission-driven organization, this role requires a hands-on finance professional who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, building processes, and partnering with leadership to support responsible growth and long-term financial sustainability.
