Director Transaction Accounting

As Director of Transaction Accounting – Solstice Advanced Materials, you will lead and oversee a global team supporting our high-volume transactional services, including Accounts Payable, Travel and Entertainment (T&E) expense, and Cash Application operations. As a member of the Controller’s Leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering a high‑quality, timely, compliant service delivery to our internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers, In this role, you will partner closely with Procurement, Customer Service, IT, other Finance functions and our third party partners to deliver, streamline and improve processes, implement best practices, and enhance efficiency and accuracy across the global teams executing these functions. Your agility and attention to detail will be essential in identifying and resolving service delivery issues and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role requires deep knowledge of high-volume transaction processing operations, primarily in the Accounts Payable and T&E spaces, the ability to manage a multi-site team, and familiarity with the requirements of global operations across multiple countries. Success in this position depends on cultural and emotional intelligence, flexibility to support multiple time zones, and a strong problem-solving, service‑oriented mindset. As the Director of Transaction Services, you will operate with a high sense of urgency and accountability to ensure reliable and responsive execution and delivery from our internal team and our third party partners. This role reports directly to the Chief Accounting Officer and is based in Morris Plains, NJ, operating on a hybrid work schedule.
