About Cirkul
Cirkul is redefining hydration.
What began as a simple idea—putting flavor control in the hands of consumers—has evolved into a category-defining platform at the intersection of consumer products, personalization, and recurring consumption. Through its proprietary bottle system and flavor cartridge technology, Cirkul has built a highly engaged customer base across Direct-to-Consumer, Amazon, and national retail channels including Walmart and Target.
Over the past several years, the company has experienced tremendous growth, scaling into a nationally recognized brand with a significant manufacturing footprint in the United States. With strong intellectual property, high consumer loyalty, and continued innovation across hydration, flavor systems, and emerging product categories, Cirkul is entering its next chapter.
The business is now focused on building the planning, forecasting, and operational infrastructure required to support continued growth, improve profitability, and position the company for long-term value creation.
The Opportunity
Cirkul is seeking a Director / Senior Director of FP&A & Strategic Finance to help build the planning engine of the business.
This is not a traditional FP&A role focused solely on reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis. This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role responsible for bringing structure, forecasting rigor, and operational alignment to a rapidly growing omnichannel consumer products company.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, this individual will sit at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership. The successful candidate will help establish a single source of truth for forecasting, create a scalable Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, and provide the insights necessary to support smart, profitable growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the details of how a business actually operates—understanding customers, inventory, production constraints, trade spend, demand drivers, and channel performance—and translating those inputs into actionable business decisions.
Why This Role Exists
The business has reached a stage where growth and complexity require more sophisticated planning and forecasting capabilities.
Today, demand signals exist across multiple channels, teams, and systems. Retail, DTC, Amazon, and emerging channels all have unique planning dynamics that impact inventory, production, profitability, and customer experience.
