The Director of Finance & Accounting is a senior leader within the Shared Services organization responsible for leading enterprise-wide accounting, financial operations, strategic planning, and pricing strategy across Quivera Enterprises and its family of companies. This position serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and operational leaders while ensuring consistent financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and business performance across multiple operating companies.

Working in a collaborative shared services environment, the Director establishes standardized financial policies, strengthens internal controls, drives process improvements, and provides centralized financial leadership that supports government contracting, construction, and professional services operations. The Director also leads enterprise pricing strategy by partnering with Business Development, Contracts, Human Resources, and Operations to develop competitive, compliant, and financially sound pricing solutions that support profitable growth and successful contract awards.

The ideal candidate is an experienced finance executive with extensive government contracting experience who enjoys partnering across multiple business units to improve operational performance, financial visibility, and organizational scalability.

Physical Demands – IT Office/Technical Role - Must be included in every requisition

This role is primarily office-based and requires prolonged computer use, including sitting, typing, and operating standard office equipment. Occasional walking, standing, bending, and reaching may be required to support equipment setup and troubleshooting. The employee must be able to communicate effectively and maintain visual acuity (close, distance, color, and depth perception). Occasional travel and extended hours may be required to support operational needs and deadlines.

The employee must be able to communicate effectively in active work environments and maintain required visual acuity. Travel and extended or irregular hours may be necessary to meet project requirements.
