The FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting Bisnow’s CEO and Finance team by delivering data-driven insights, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role requires translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. This intermediate-level position focuses on creating and enhancing financial models, preparing executive-level presentations, and conducting in-depth analysis to improve decision-making and business performance. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and convey financial narratives that drive efficiency and innovation within the organization. This isn’t just a finance role—it’s a high-impact, high-visibility position where you’ll be the go-to strategic finance partner for Bisnow’s CEO, finance leadership, and department heads. You will take ownership of financial modeling, forecasting, and performance tracking to help drive real-time business decisions across all of Bisnow’s business lines, including Biscred and SelectLeaders.
