Director, Accounting and Reimbursement

HCT seeks an experienced financial leader to serve as the Interim Director of Accounting & Reimbursement for a 200+ bed hospital in Illinois. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Directing the day-to-day financial operations of the hospital including all Accounting, General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Third Party Reimbursement, and Treasury functions.
• Perform journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet preparation, and other general accounting functions.
• Coordinating year-end audit by Independent Auditors.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field. MBA Preferred.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of management experience. Previous experience in healthcare or healthcare consulting environment.
• Certifications: CPA preferred, not required
• Systems: Epic, Infor Lawson, ServiceNow, Workday

Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare, and rental car.
