Digital Procurement PMO / Execution Lead

NextLink Solutions is currently looking for a highly execution -focused Digital Procurement PMO / Execution Lead to support a large -scale global digital procurement transformation program. The role is part of a multi -year Procure -to -Pay transformation initiative involving multiple regions, deployment waves, and hundreds of operational sites globally. The successful candidate will act as the operational control tower of the program and will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Business, IT, OCM, Integration, and Vendor teams to ensure smooth execution across all workstreams. This is a hands -on delivery role focused on execution management, action tracking, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, deployment readiness, governance management, and cutover execution. The environment is highly dynamic and requires a detail -oriented professional capable of driving accountability, managing dependencies, escalating issues proactively, and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved across all phases of the transformation program.<\/span>

Scope of the mission:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

You will integrate the Global Digital Transformation department of a global packaging manufacturing client.<\/span>
<\/p>

The client is currently executing a large -scale global Procure -to -Pay (P2P) transformation program implementing Coupa as their strategic procurement platform. The program is already underway and is being delivered globally across multiple regions and hundreds of manufacturing sites in partnership with major implementation partners.<\/span>
<\/p>

The mission requires a highly hands -on and execution -focused PMO professional who can coordinate global workstreams, drive action tracking, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful deployment execution across all phases of the program.<\/span>
<\/p>

This is NOT a traditional reporting PMO or methodology -focused role. The successful candidate will act as the operational control tower of the program and will work closely with global leads across Procurement, Business, IT, Finance, OCM, Integration, Policy, and Vendor workstreams.<\/span>

The role requires someone capable of managing both detailed execution activities and executive -level governance communication.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

• 5–10 years of experience in Program Delivery, Transformation PMO, or Execution Lead roles<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Strong experience in Procurement Transformation, P2P, Source -to -Pay, or Digital Procurement programs<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Experience working on Coupa, Ariba, SAP Procurement, or similar transformation programs<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Proven experience managing large -scale global and multi -region transformation projects<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Strong execution discipline with exceptional attention to detail<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ability to manage action tracking, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder follow -ups daily<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across business and technology teams<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Experience managing deployment readiness, cutover, and hypercare activities<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ability to communicate effectively with both operational teams and executive leadership<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Experience working in complex global environments with multiple vendors and workstreams<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Strong understanding of procurement processes including PR/PO lifecycle, guided buying, catalog management, and procurement operations<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Hands -on delivery mindset with the ability to drive execution and accountability<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or packaging environments is a plus<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Consulting background or experience working with large system integrators is a plus<\/span>
