Whether you're looking to grow your career or make a meaningful impact, you’ll find the support and opportunity to thrive here.What You Will Do:Lead & Develop the Team: Guide, coach, and develop a high performing team while fostering a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.Lead the Credit Risk Management Strategy: Develop, implement and continuously improve credit policies, procedures, and underwriting practices for the trade receivables portfolio, including maximizing the use of credit scoring tools and technology.Oversee Complex Credit Decisions: Lead the review and underwriting of large credit requests while implementing lien and bond rights strategies and maintaining sound credit practices that mitigate risk and drive profitable growth.Partner with Leadership: Build strong relationships with field leadership to communicate customer credit risks, provide guidance on credit-related matters, and maintain strong working relationships across operations, accounting, and management teams.Demonstrate Leadership: Ensure ethical business practices are followed, promote continuous process improvement, uphold the company’s Core Values, and maintain a positive reputation with customers, employees, and community stakeholders.
