Senior Expert / Expert Finance Advice – PI & PB Segments

Join our Finance Advice team and help shape the future of Private Individuals (PI) and Private Banking (PB).

Your Impact

As a Senior Expert / Expert Finance Advice, you will be the financial business partner for a portfolio of PI and PB products, including Mortgages, Savings, Current Accounts, Personal Loans, Insurance, and Investments. You will provide actionable insights, challenge assumptions, and support key decisions that drive growth, profitability, and customer value.

You will work closely with Product, Retail, Risk, and Finance stakeholders and play a critical role in steering performance, evaluating opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

Financial Performance Management

• Own financial steering and performance analysis for your product portfolio.

• Deliver insights on profitability, growth, customer behavior, and key business drivers.

• Translate financial data into clear recommendations for senior management.

Business Cases & Pricing

• Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.

• Assess product pricing and commercial initiatives.

• Support investment decisions with fact-based financial insights.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Product, Retail, Risk, and Group Finance teams.

• Challenge assumptions and influence decision-making with data.

• Prepare executive-level presentations and management materials.

Continuous Improvement

• Improve forecasting, reporting, automation, and data quality.

• Drive simplification and innovation within Finance.

• Contribute to the development of a high-performing Finance Advice team.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3-6 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Analysis, Product Control, or a comparable analytical role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience translating complex data into actionable business insights.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Preferred

• Experience in retail banking, financial services, or product finance.

• Knowledge of product profitability, pricing, forecasting, or financial modelling.

• Experience working in cross-functional environments with senior stakeholders.
