Title: Cost Accountant –
Location: Glencoe, MN
Job Type: Direct Hire | Onsite | Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Support standard costing, inventory, receiving, and month-end accounting
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Support grower/agricultural accounting and payroll activities
- Prepare plant operational reports and financial analysis
- Work with the Plant Controller and plant teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
Requirements:
- Accounting, Finance, Business degree or equivalent experience
- Strong Excel and accounting fundamentals
- Knowledge of journal entries and reconciliations
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and well organized
- Manufacturing, inventory, food processing, or cost accounting experience preferred
- Recent graduates with strong accounting fundamentals are welcome
