Cost Accountant - Canton

Would you describe yourself as detail oriented? Are accurate and precise adjectives used to describe you and your approach to projects at work? If so, consider joining our team as a Cost Accountant at our Canton facility. 

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Support for daily operations within the accounting/ finance department
• General ledger journal entry/account reconciliation
• Product costing
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Interfacing with external auditors during annual audit
• Providing support during the month end close process
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university
• Must be proficient with spreadsheets and databases (Excel strongly preferred); computer skills necessary
• Sound planning and organizational skills, including proven ability to prioritize objectives and duties
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• 2-3 years of accounting experience preferred
