Internship Program Overview 

Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers a comprehensive internship program at one of our corporate office locations, available in 3- or 6-month durations, and built around the following core pillars: 

• Gain in-person, on-site work experience within a designated department at one of our corporate office locations. 

• Receive personalized guidance and support from experienced department leaders to help shape your career path. 

• Participate in exclusive sessions with senior company executives to gain strategic insights and leadership perspectives. 

• Spend a day shadowing a different department to broaden your understanding of MVW business. 

• Conduct two interviews with senior leaders to learn about their career journeys and leadership philosophies. 

• Collaborate on a meaningful project that encourages creativity and contributes to business innovation. 

• Join interactive online sessions designed to provide exposure to various areas of the MVW business. 

• Connect with fellow interns and share your journey through our dedicated internship social media platform. 

F&A Corporate Intern/Procurement Internship Information:

• Internship Timeline: Fall 2026
• Start: September 2026
• Length of Internship: 3-Months
• Pay: $18.50
• Location: MVW HQ in Orlando, FL (Hybrid – 4 Days in Office)
• Candidates must be actively pursuing a college degree at any level. 
• Candidate must be pursuing a degree in the following fields: Analytics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS.
• Required skills: Pythone, Basic API, Microsoft 356
• Preferred skills: Integrating systems, AI, Agent Development, Procurement Technology,

Internship Description

• Assist with department specific day-to-day operations.
• Support project planning and execution under the guidance of team members.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
• Gather and analyze data to support projects, reports, or presentation.
• Agent development with procurement – help/chat agents
• Automation and streamlining processes
