As our Corporate Controller, you'll be the financial backbone of our organization — leading the entire corporate accounting function, partnering with senior leadership on strategic decisions, and driving the kind of process improvements that create lasting impact. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing corporate accounting team, including the Accounting Manager and Accounts Payable function
- Own the full cycle of financial reporting — delivering accurate, GAAP-compliant statements, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership
- Partner with executives to build budgets, manage expenditures, and translate financial data into strategic recommendations
- Provide accounting insights and financial data across the organization to support informed decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing accounting workflows within Workday Financials and eliminating manual workarounds
- Ensure full compliance with IRS requirements, federal and state regulations, and internal controls
- Coordinate and lead the annual external audit process from preparation through completion
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Progressive corporate accounting experience with demonstrated leadership capability
- Strong process orientation with a focus on system automation and data integrity
- Strong managerial, administrative, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of federal and state financial regulations
- Hands-on experience with Workday Financials or a comparable enterprise ERP platform
- Advanced Excel proficiency for financial modeling and analysis
- Ability to build and maintain effective, collaborative relationships across departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar budgeting and forecasting tools
