Support accounting integration and financial transitions related to mergers and acquisitions.
Identify opportunities to streamline month-end close processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen financial reporting.
Partner with internal leadership, including finance and credit risk teams, to support operational and financial needs.
Assist with pro forma financial analysis, financial planning, and other ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
Take ownership of accounting processes and ensure continuity during business transitions.
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant accounting experience; candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for the Senior Accountant level.
Strong hands-on experience with accrual-based accounting and bookkeeping is required.
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, general ledger accounting, and financial statement preparation.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
