Job Description
The Controller is responsible accounting operations, financial reporting of the organization, with a strong emphasis on commission-based revenue management and supporting financial strategy. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data related to agency bill and direct bill commissions, supports executive decision-making, and maintains strong internal controls across all financial processes.
The Controller serves as a strategic partner to leadership while also providing hands-on oversight of accounting operations in a high-volume, transaction-driven environment.
