  Requirements<\/h3>As Controller, you’ll take the lead on financial operations while helping elevate the function:
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>

  ·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee day -to -day accounting operations<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Lead the month -end close and financial reporting process<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Drive budgeting and cost control initiatives<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Analyze financial data to guide strategic decision -making<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Improve reporting systems, processes, and internal controls<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Partner cross -functionally with leadership to support growth<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support, mentor, and help develop the accounting team<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, bonuses, and commission processing<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist with financing activities, including loans and credit lines<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • You’re a hands -on, detail -oriented professional who also sees the big picture:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      Technical Skills & Experience<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, analysis, reporting)<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Experience with ERP systems and BI tools<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Acumatica is a plus<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Comfortable working across departments to implement improvements<\/span><\/span>
