Status: Full Time (salaried, exempt) 40 hours per week.
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. Work outside of these hours may be required. Company Perks: Summary/Objective:The Controller is responsible for the day-to-day management and integrity of the organization’s accounting operations, including financial close, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit coordination. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both direct execution and team development. The Controller will manage an accounting team, ensure accurate and timely financial statements, and maintain strong internal controls and cash management practices.Working closely with the CFO, this role will also support budgeting, regulatory reporting (including Medicare CAP and cost reports), and help modernize finance and accounting processes.
