Caturus is building an independent, fully integrated natural gas and LNG export platform in the U.S. through a combination of its upstream operations and Commonwealth LNG, a 9.5 Mtpa LNG export terminal in southwestern Louisiana. Together, they will provide low-cost energy on demand with the lowest carbon footprint.

Job Description

In addition, the LNG Controller will be responsible for the timely preparation of GAAP compliant stand-alone monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for three Commonwealth entities and will coordinate with the Chief Accounting Officer (“CAO”) for Commonwealth’s parent company, Caturus, LLC (“Caturus”) in support of timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting for Caturus.
