Requirements
- Lead Internal Accounting Teams: Urgent need for a finance leader who can manage and expand the in-house accounting team, including hiring and scaling to support rapid business growth.
- Hands-On Accounting & Process Ownership: Own day-to-day accounting operations, formalize processes, and clean up balance sheet items to ensure strong financial controls and seamless integration as the business scales.

Responsibilities
- Lead the in-house accounting team: Build and manage an internal accounting team, including hiring as needed, while overseeing AP, AR, and payroll functions.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations: Drive the month-end close process, maintain the general ledger, and ensure financial reporting accuracy in line with company standards.
- Implement and optimize accounting systems: Support systems migration efforts, ensuring clean data integrity and streamlined accounting workflows.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders: Report directly to the GM and partner closely with regional controllers and integration teams to align finance operations with growth and operational objectives.
- Financial controls and process improvement: Establish and enforce robust internal controls, lead balance sheet cleanup initiatives, and focus on OpEx reduction and cash flow optimization.
