Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Controller to lead our Financial Team.
Position Summary
The Controller is responsible for leading all accounting operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and delivering accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.
This role oversees a lean accounting team, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory/Cost Accounting, and Payroll, and serves as a key partner to Finance leadership, Operations, and Commercial teams.
The Controller will own the month-end close process, audit coordination, compliance, and accounting policies, while also supporting working capital management, revenue recognition, and process improvements.

- Close cycle time (days to close)
- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting

- Compliance with internal controls and policies
Technical Skills
- ERP experience (SAP preferred; SAP B1 a plus)
- Strong understanding of:
- Revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Inventory and cost accounting
- Intercompany accounting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI a plus, Onestream
