Kiros Energy Marketing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract and Pricing Analyst to support its Commercial and Operations teams and other internal stakeholders. This position maintains the integrity of contract and pricing information in eONE and ensures every system entry, update, and correction is accurate, timely, and supported by a complete audit trail.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working with a high volume of detailed information, managing competing deadlines, and collaborating with internal teams and external counterparties. This is a full-time, in-office position in Calgary.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Administration and Entry
Enter physical-product deals, transportation agreements, infrastructure and storage contracts, and railcar lease agreements into eONE.
Process contract updates, corrections, amendments, and new line sequences accurately and on time.
Review transportation contracts and sequences regularly, expiring records that are outdated, irrelevant, or incorrect.
Create new locations, maintain prepayment lines, and update volume tiers for fixed-price and deposit contracts.
Create and update contract formats in eONE, including applicable General Terms and Conditions.
Rates and Pricing
Maintain freight rates in eONE and the master freight spreadsheet in collaboration with Operations and external counterparties.
Create and maintain base-product and formula pricing, including the review and expiry of outdated pricing records.
Complete price uploads for MarketView, supplier postings, freight-rate changes, truck and rail fuel surcharges, and daily and monthly foreign-exchange rates.
Maintain ownership and accuracy of the master pricing file.
Prepare and issue price-change notifications to external parties.
Records Reporting and Audit Support
Maintain deal sheets and corresponding deal IDs to support a complete and traceable audit trail.
Ensure all eONE updates and changes are supported by accurate documentation.
Respond to contract, pricing, and system-data questions from internal teams and other stakeholders.
Identify discrepancies, follow through on corrections, and help strengthen data quality and administrative processes.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, business administration, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with contract administration, pricing, commercial operations, accounting, data administration, or a comparable high-volume environment.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with eONE or another commodity, contract, pricing, ERP, or data-management system is an asset.
Strong numerical accuracy and the ability to interpret contract and pricing information.
Experience maintaining documentation for audit or compliance purposes is an asset.
