Consultant – Data & Analytics / Finance Transformation

United States (various locations) | Hybrid | Consulting

$90k - $100k base + bonus

We are seeking a data driven team member (with a CPA/Finance background) to join the Data and Analytics team.  The team helps clients define data strategies, build automation processes, and develop visualizations + predictive analytics tools to deliver impactful solutions.  The team is tool agnostic and uses various tools such as Python or Alteryx for data business process automation and PowerBI or Tableau for dashboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience translating data and analytics into actionable insights
• Design and execute the transformation and analysis of large structured and unstructured / quantitative and qualitative datasets.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, developing and maintaining strong internal and client relationships to manage cross-functional projects/initiatives.
• Must be able to effectively communicate complex, technical topics to a novice, non-technical audience with a passion for collaboration, learning new technologies, and client success.
• Ability to manage individual workflow and task responsibilities.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is required; educational backgrounds in quantitative fields like Accounting/Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, and Computer Science is preferred.
• CPA is preferred.
• Analytics background and experience, preferably in a client service environment (2 – 5 years experience).
• Solid communication, teaming, presentation and project management skills.
• Technical skills:    Alteryx, Power Automate, PowerBI,  Tableau. Data Visualization, Excel
