We’re actively seeking a talented Compensation Analyst II to join our HR Compensation team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, Nebraska (hybrid work schedule).  

As a Compensation Analyst II, you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success by support the successful administration and execution of the Company's compensation programs by maintaining compensation and job architecture data, administering Workday compensation processes, supporting annual compensation activities, and ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence. Deliver reporting, analytics, market data support, and project execution that enable informed compensation decisions, drive process improvements, and support key compensation initiatives, including Workday optimization and job architecture enhancements.

This role is on-site 4 days per week and work from home 1 day per week in Newport Beach, CA, Omaha, NE, or Charlotte, NC.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$77,130.00 - $94,270.00
