Position Summary

Compensation Analyst Summary

This aspect of the role is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the organization’s compensation programs to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include analyzing salary data, developing and maintaining pay structures, and partnering with the HR Manager to promote fair, consistent, and compliant compensation practices.

HR Generalist Summary

In this capacity, the role serves as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, fostering a positive employee experience and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures. It supports daily HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and general HR administration.

Work with SDC Group employees to achieve Vision, Mission and Values through excellent communication and interpersonal skills, respect for others, personal responsibility and integrity, attention to detail/accuracy, professionalism, while managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
