Commercial Controller & Internal Auditor (M/F)

Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Controlling

• Produce and analyze commercial performance indicators: sales revenue, margins, volumes, product mix, and customer profitability.

• Participate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.

• Perform variance analyses and recommend corrective action plans.

• Support commercial teams in monitoring performance and improving profitability.

• Develop and enhance management dashboards for Leadership and Management teams.

• Analyze the financial impact of pricing policies, promotions, and commercial agreements.

Internal Audit & Internal Control

• Contribute to maintaining and improving the internal control framework.

• Ensure the proper execution of periodic controls related to Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Inventory processes.

• Conduct compliance reviews and identify operational and financial risks.

• Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits.

• Support Group compliance requirements, particularly regarding SOX controls and compliance audits.

• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and action plans.

• Promote internal control best practices across the organization.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes.

• Participate in cross-functional Finance and Business projects.

• Contribute to the digitalization of reporting and control tools.

Requirements:

• Master's degree (MSc, Finance, Controlling, Audit, or Business School).

• A certification in Internal Audit or Internal Control would be an advantage.

• Min 7 years of experience in Controlling, Internal Audit, or External Audit.

• Experience in an industrial and/or international environment is highly valued.

• Strong understanding of commercial and financial processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI, SAP, or equivalent).

• Good understanding of internal control systems.

• Knowledge of compliance standards and SOX environments is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and organizational skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.

• Professional English is essential.
