To find out more about IQ-EQ visit iqeq.com The Role Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail and great organisational skills so you can prioritise your day to ensure deadlines are met and timelines are adhered to.  Your primary responsibility will be to act as a day-to-day front office contact for your designated private equity, real estate, credit, or debt fund clients. You will be a part of a supportive team, own your tasks and proactively manage your deliverables and resolve any issues that may arise. What You'll Do You'll ensure financial statements are prepared in line with client reporting requirements, applicable accounting standards (UK GAAP/IFRS), and fund-specific accounting frameworks You'll oversee client deliverables, manage reporting timelines, and maintain regular communication with CFOs and Financial Controllers to ensure high-quality service and stakeholder satisfaction You'll mentor and support team members, serving as a subject matter expert for designated clients and funds while fostering technical development You'll oversee the accurate processing and communication of fund cash movements, including investor notices, ensuring transactions are recorded and reported correctly You'll identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce risk across fund accounting activities What We Offer Comprehensive remuneration and pension: motivating financial packages based upon market rates for your role and is proportionate to your qualifications, level of experiences and skills profile Wellbeing: additional social benefits such as private health and dental cover, life assurance, discounted gym membership, eye test and corporate GP Annual leave: our employees are entitled to 25 days paid leave plus all Ireland public holidays Enhanced maternity and paternity, including shared parental leave and adoption leave Flexible working: we recognise the value of working flexibly and want to ensure all employees enjoy an excellent work-life blend. About You You hold a higher-level education qualification and are ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified through relevant professional experience You have 3+ years of experience in a professional office environment, ideally within financial services or an accounting practice managing multiple client relationships You possess strong accounting expertise, including experience reviewing working papers and financial statements with disclosures, supported by ongoing professional development You have proven experience managing client relationships, resolving issues directly with clients, and maintaining high service standards You demonstrate strong mentoring abilities, supporting the development of junior team members, and possess intermediate Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU AND THE ENVIRONMENT Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
