China Tax Manager

This role is to create and manage the corporate tax strategy and provides strategic tax advice to support business decisions and ongoing operations. Job Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for HNTE (high and new tech enterprise) daily monitoring and management, tax audit, M&A tax planning, ad-hoc consulting, tax compliance review, FAS109 review, tax audits defending, TP review. The person would be strongly networking with internal stakeholders and work closely with functions like Controllership, Legal, Treasury, Sourcing and business leaders. The person would also be responsible for managing external consultants, auditors and key external stakeholders like Government, from the tax perspective. Job Requirement: 10 -16 years of relevant Experience, CPA or equivalent preferred Experience in both big four accounting firm and industrial corporate (need to have experience in HNTE) Good knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxes Laws, rules and procedures (including Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements) & working knowledge of China TP Laws, Custom Acts, Foreign Trade Policies, VAT and etc. Good understanding of general legal, financial and accounting principles Basic understanding of computerized working environment and knowledge of SAP Good interpersonal skills and proficiency in English language Good understanding of general legal, financial and accounting principles Good understanding of computerized working environment and knowledge of SAP LI#DH1 Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
