Chief Financial Officer | Multi-Entity Healthcare & Business Services Platform

Location: Monsey, NY (On-Site)

Compensation: $250,000-$350,000 Base + Performance Incentive

About the Opportunity

We are a growing investment and operating platform that launches, acquires, and scales service-based businesses, with healthcare representing a significant portion of our portfolio.

Today, we support approximately 15 legal entities across multiple operating companies, with additional businesses launching as we continue to grow.

We're looking for a Chief Financial Officer to build the financial infrastructure that will support our next stage of expansion.

This is not a traditional CFO role focused solely on accounting.

This is an opportunity to build the systems, reporting, accountability, and financial visibility that enable executive leadership to scale with confidence.

Why This Role Exists

Our finance function has grown alongside the business, but the complexity of a multi-entity organization now requires stronger structure, standardized reporting, and greater financial visibility.

We're looking for a builder who can evaluate the current environment, create scalable financial systems, develop the finance organization, and become a strategic partner to executive leadership.

What You'll Own

• Lead finance across approximately 15 legal entities.

• Build scalable financial systems, reporting, and controls.

• Improve budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and executive reporting.

• Standardize financial processes across multiple operating companies.

• Lead and develop the finance team while creating accountability and ownership.

• Partner with executive leadership to improve profitability, support growth, and strengthen business decision-making.

Success After 12 Months

You will have:

• Built a scalable finance organization.

• Standardized reporting across all entities.

• Improved forecasting and budgeting accuracy.

• Delivered meaningful executive dashboards and KPIs.

• Increased visibility into profitability across every business.

• Strengthened financial discipline while supporting continued growth.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred).

• Executive finance leadership experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or Corporate Controller.

• Healthcare services finance experience.

• Experience leading finance across multiple legal entities.

• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting experience.

• Proven success building finance systems, processes, and organizational structure.

• Experience leading and developing accounting and finance teams.

• Executive presence with strong communication and business partnership skills.
