About Employee Owned Brands
Employee Owned Brands (EOB) is a holding company built on the belief that employee ownership creates stronger businesses, more engaged teams, and better outcomes for all stakeholders. Through our operating companies — including core business of Dexter Laundry, Inc., Crystal Group, Apache Stainless Equipment Corporation and Leer, Inc. — we deliver differentiated products and services across multiple industries. Our ESOP structure is not simply a benefit; it is the foundation of our culture, our decision-making, and our long-term strategy.
At EOB, our employee-owners are our competitive advantage. We look for leaders who understand the unique dynamics of an employee-owned enterprise and who can build financial frameworks that honor that culture while driving sustainable growth.
Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer serves as the senior financial leader of Employee Owned Brands, providing strategic and operational oversight across all financial functions of the holding company and its operating subsidiaries.
