Job Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and manage annual institutional budget
- Ensure regulatory and grant compliance across all funds
- Optimize endowment and investment portfolio performance
- Deliver timely financial reports to leadership and board
- Reduce operational costs through strategic financial planning
Qualifications
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- 5+ years in higher education or non-profit finance
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Fund accounting
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Financial reporting (GAAP/GASB)
- ERP systems (Banner, Workday, PeopleSoft)
