Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Healthcare

Recruit Secure, LLC is assisting our client in seeking an experienced and energetic CFO with experience in the healthcare industry.   Our client is a large medical practice that provides Physicians, and Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, etc.) to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Rehabilitation centers, and other post-acute care settingswith a focus on improving clinical outcomes.

 The CFO will be a key member of the management team responsible for directing all fiscal operations of the company and for leading, managing, and building a lean financial team.

The successful candidate will have a track record of leading financial planning and reporting, cash management, contract negotiations, and budgeting, and of providing strong analytical insights to support the corporation’s initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA in Accounting or Finance required; Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6-10 years of finance and accounting experience and at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Must have strong technical and financial analytical skills, along with problem-solving skills
• Healthcare Industry experience -preferred,
• Experience in financial reporting for multi-state environments
• Experience developing financial policies and mentoring financial and accounting teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
