As part of the global Rheinmetall family, we combine proven heritage with forward-looking technology to provide solutions that defend and feed the world.   Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.  Serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for directing financial activities of the organization by performing the following duties and/or through subordinate managers and accounting personnel.   Essential Functions:                 Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises employees in the Finance Department. Position is responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, planning, assigning, and directing work for direct reports.  Individual will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws in many areas.   Minimum Qualifications: Specific knowledge that can be determined objectively;         Education & Experience   Background Prerequisites: Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks, physical, and controlled substance testing.   Preferred Qualifications:   Working Conditions and Physical Demands With or without reasonable accommodation requires the physical and mental capacity to perform effectively all essential functions.
