The Job at a Glance
The Category Pricing Manager - International is responsible for developing, managing, and executing pricing strategies for our International Business Unit. The objective is to partner with our Manufacturer Partnerships team, our Supply Chain team, and Sales to increase growth and profitability of the international business operations. You will be a subject matter expert in the capabilities of our pricing engine, in adjacent tools, reports, and analytics to inform business leaders and decision makers.
A Typical Day
- Strong knowledge of pricing processes and system integrations
- Training, mentoring, and supervision of other peers as necessary
- Manage or collaborate on opportunities starting at the RFP stage and ensure that signed and executed agreements, or national deals are followed and that the agreed upon pricing is loaded accurately.
- Monitoring all drivers of profitability, data accuracy, sales, competition, economic forces like tariffs, currency exchange rates, and be proactively prepared to adjust pricing where necessary.
- Analyzing large data sets from various sources to develop insights into pricing strategies and trends.
- Problem solving and supporting operations from supply chain to sales.
- Analyzing competitor offerings and pricing to increase sales and profit.
- Develop tools to dynamically to gather data and create actionable price changes based on competitive and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop pricing offerings to increase segment penetration and attract new customers.
- Develop process improvements to assist in the execution and reporting of pricing initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by automating, refining, and implementing business intelligence solutions to replace manual efforts, provide new and faster business insights, and improve efficiencies
- Facilitate ad hoc data-needs for strategic company initiatives.
- Ability to interact with customers, distributors, and internal management on all levels.

To Land This Opportunity
- You have experience in an analytical data role and providing sales enablement support.
- You have experience in SAP, SAP S4HANA, MS, SQL, Excel, Access, Sales Force or other data visualization tools.
- You enjoy and have a history of analyzing data, troubleshooting, identifying trends, summarizing findings, providing recommendations and can demonstrate quantitative decision-making skills
- You’re an all-star communicator, fluent in English (both written and verbal), with proven decision-making skills
- It’s a plus if you have a BS/BA in business, finance, statistics, computer science, information systems, or related fields

The salary range for this role is $88,230.91 -$131,805.74 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
