About the Role

Our Controllers are not just accountants—they are financial leaders, business partners, and operational advisors. You’ll work closely with plant and business leadership to translate operational performance into clear financial insights and help drive smarter decision-making across the business. These roles are on-site and typically located at one of our manufacturing facilities or corporate locations. Candidates should be open to relocation or currently reside near potential future locations.

What You’ll Do

Depending on the specific opportunity, responsibilities may include:

Lead financial management, reporting, and control environment for a plant or business unit Own the monthly close process and deliver accurate, timely financial statements Partner with operations to analyze performance, identify cost drivers, and improve profitability Oversee cost accounting, inventory, and production-related financial analysis Lead budgeting, forecasting, and decision-support efforts Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness Manage cash, working capital, and key financial processes Serve as a key member of the leadership team, influencing business decisions and driving results

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in manufacturing Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and operational finance Ability to partner with operations and influence decision-making CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred Experience with ERP systems and strong analytical skills
