About the job

We are currently looking for a Business Controller who wants to do more than just report numbers. In this role, you act as a true business partner, influencing decisions and driving impact within a fast-growing, international organization.

Your responsibilities

As a Business Controller, you will operate at the intersection of finance and operations. You will turn data into insights, insights into actions, and actions into results.

Drive Financial Performance

• Take the lead in budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Deliver impactful reporting and clear financial insights
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Be a True Business Partner

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
• Challenge and support decision-making with data-driven insights
• Translate financials into meaningful business recommendations

Shape Performance & Growth

• Monitor KPIs and steer business performance
• Support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
• Spot opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability

Improve & Innovate

• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes
• Lead or contribute to projects focused on optimization and automation
• Help build a more data-driven finance function

Your profile

You combine strong analytical skills with business insight and effective communication.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or similar
• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or a similar role
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of SAP and/or BI tools is a plus
