Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you’ll contribute to our mission as an SG&A Business Controller in one of two dedicated roles. One role will act as the strategic finance partner for our Commercial organisation, supporting Wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer channels. The other role will partner closely with IT, supporting technology-related planning, investment decisions and cost control. In both roles, you’ll manage financial planning, analysis and reporting, drive profitability and cost transparency through insightful analysis, support robust business cases, and help stakeholders make informed decisions while ensuring the achievement of SG&A targets.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Support closing and review and analyse monthly SG&A costs for your dedicated business area (Commercial or IT(, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Create comprehensive monthly business review reports with in-depth financial analysis to identify gaps, trends, present to stakeholders and VP the results including
  opportunities and risks, align on follow up actions.
• Develop detailed financial plans and forecasts for OPEX and CAPEX while collaborating with stakeholders across all organisational levels.
• Drive accuracy and efficiency in forecasting processes through continuous improvement initiatives and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Support large-scale projects by monitoring realisation of intended benefits and developing financial models for strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and ensure transparency of EMEA SG&A expenses within your dedicated business area.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, establish a trust-based relationships and ensuring effective communication.

You have the following skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business controlling within a multinational B2C company; experience supporting Commercial, or IT functions is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
  Advanced proficiency in SAP systems and SAP Analytics Cloud, and Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with the confidence to partner with senior stakeholders.
• Strategic analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear insights, business cases and recommendations for non-finance audiences.
