Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Prepare invoices, payments, deposits, and expense reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee records.
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Work with management and external accountants during audits or tax preparation.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
Requirements
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
