About the Role
A growing company in Williamsburg is looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to own the day-to-day financials. You'll handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and everything in between — keeping the books clean and the numbers accurate.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing invoices
- Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances
Bookkeeping & Reconciliations
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
General Finance Support
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Keep financial data organized and audit-ready
Qualifications
- Experience in bookkeeping, including AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Williamsburg
