Bookkeeper

Established West Little Rock law firm is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist to manage the firm's day-to-day financial operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can work independently while supporting a small, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Process and pay firm invoices and expenses
• Handle client remittances and trust-related transactions
• Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and financial accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with account reconciliations and accounts receivable
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
