ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Track and record all expenses and transactions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

Monitor account balances and flag any discrepancies.

Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.

1-2 years of bookkeeping/personal finance management experience or related education required.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.

High level of integrity and discretion required.

Comfortable working independently in a private setting is required.

Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) or bookkeeping tools required.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.

Experience working with seniors or in a personal/household setting preferred.
