Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, post, and reconcile rent payments accurately
• Monitor resident accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
• Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and community tours
• Process rental applications, prepare lease documents, and coordinate move-ins
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents

• Prior experience in bookkeeping, property management, or leasing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Professional, friendly, and dependable work ethic
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with property management software (AppFolio preferred, or willingness to learn)
• Goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
