What You Will Be Doing

· Creating and issuing invoices to customers

· Auditing incoming invoices and documentation from carriers

· Processing credit memos

· Following up on missing documentation and unbilled orders

· Researching and resolving invoicing issues

· Answering the phone and responding to carrier payment inquires

Requirements

· High School diploma

· Previous experience as a billing specialist or similar role

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

· Prior experience with McLeod or EPay is preferred

· Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

· Strong attention to detail
